Why we’re launching the Summit

With new National Determined Contributions, a parliamentary election approaching and a critical energy crisis – How can Moldova best move towards a green and just transition? We hope you will join us on March 12th-13th, 2025, for a summit where stakeholders from the spheres of culture, youth, labour market, media and human rights will exchange best practices in working with the green agenda – and the commitments Moldova has made to it.

The summit invites civil society to develop meaningful and innovative inputs to Moldova’s sustainable future and provides a platform for dialogue across sectors to explore opportunities for collaboration and funding.

We hope to assist civil society in ensuring that the green transition benefits everyone, shaping Moldova’s sustainable future. NDF will launch a Call for Proposals to support projects with exactly that purpose!
